The first rollout of the Space Launch System (SLS) that will fly the Artemis I mission took place on March 17th, 2022 at Kennedy Space Center. It took roughly 11 hours for the SLS to go on its 4.2-mile journey from the Vehicle Assembly Building to pad 39B. This historic footage was captured by NASA personnel and is in the public domain.
