At 4:25 those townhomes are not called brownstones. Brownstones are ones that are actually brown/chocolaty in colour and made from stone, hence the name. Just like Carie Bradshaw’s apartment in NYC. The townhomes you showed are normal townhomes, could be Greek revival.. I’m not too sure. Everything else you said was correct though about the servants etc 😊
