I've become full out ADDICTED to dumplings! I started with take out, moved on to frozen (not a great way to go tbh), tried store bought wrappers, now I'm onto making everything from scratch...This blog has been indispensable to me through out this process and has taught me how to make restaurant quality dumplings, I'm in heaven!! Now I'm excited to try other types of dim sum recipes

method 7, in malaysia we call it "karipap" or "curry puff" in english ☺️ but we use different recipe for the skin.
