He mastered the Fundamentals of Gentle Fist without a Byakugan. Boruto is a Prodigy; able to run on Water, using Wind & Lightning at the same time to increase his speed and lethality.

Then, on top of being the Greatest Genius/Prodigy the Shinobi has ever produced, they gave him the Jougan. The Eye of a Otsutsuki God, the Eye all Otsutsuki covet. The Ultimate Dojutsu able to use All Shinjutsu. The combination of at least the 3 Great Dojutsu if not All Dojutsu. The studio said the Jougan can Sense Negative
Emotions like the Kyubi and is connected to All Otsutsuki Dimensions. We seen it have the same functionality as the 3 Great Dojutsu. On top of X-ray Vision, Eye of Insight, Space-Time, Chakra Boost, and able to see the Chakra Network/Chakra; we seen Reality Warping & Remote Viewing. Those last 2 are very similar to the Senrigan's Omnipotence and Clairvoyance.

On top of they gave him the strongest Karma period. A Shinjutsu that allows him to absorb chakra based Ninjutsu, Discharge Chakra Beams, Open Dimensional Rifts, Healing, and access to Otsutsuki techniques. On top of that it overlays a thousand years of combat experience on the body and mind, making one a seasoned veteran.

That Boruto now has an Otsutsuki body and shares a mind with the Otsutsuki that knows all Shinjutsu. Momoshiki can has Future Sight, Time Freeze, 3 Chakra Avatars, 3 Elemental Kekkei Genkai, all Chakra Natures, Cinnabar Creation, Crimson Weaponry, Crimson Flames, Shadow Paralysis, Reign of the Emperor, Bijuu Bomb, Meteor Summoning, and much more.

Boruto has Chakra from Naruto, Ashura, Hagoromo, Hamura, Toneri, Kaguya, Momoshiki, Kinshiki, and all the Bijuu. Both his parents have 6 Paths Senjutsu Chakra. He has Naruto's Instincts, Unpredictability, and Will of Fire. He has Sasuke Analytical skills and Kenjutsu skills.

Boruto's deck is stacked so high is unreal. He just needed Sasuke and Momoshiki to tell him the rules and how to play the game.

Being an Ōtsutsuki he was nothing less powerful compared to Kaguya. He possessed enormous abilities and could summon all-natural elements for his use. He had the ability to absorb others’ powers.

Momoshiki Eye Power
Being an Ōtsutsuki Momoshiki comes with a lot of eye power, where Rinegan and Byukagan is one of them. But each Ōtsutsuki has a different eye power ability.

Byakugan
Byakugan is a dōjutsu that grants its user the ability to have a wide and keen vision above the normal eye power majority seen in the Hyuga Clan. Momoshiki possessed Byakugan that wielded him with the 360° of x-ray vision that allows him to see the minutest details of the rival and its surroundings. It gives him the vision to see the rival’s chakra pathway networks. Momoshiki also had an uncommon capability with his Byakugan. He was able to foresee others’ fate with his Byakugan but he wasn’t able to see his face though.

Rinnegan
Rinnegan also is known as Samsāra Eye is a dōjutsu that provides its holder with enormous abilities. Like that of mastering any Jutsu or acquiring the Sage of Six Paths Technique. Momoshiki held Rinnegan in both of his hands. He used his right palm Rinnegan to absorb Ninjutsu and left one to use it and attack the target. He also uses his Rinnegan to transform targets into chakra pills which he consumes to gain strength.

Momoshiki Chakra Power
Nature Manipulation
Nature Manipulation consists of all the natural elements on earth. Momoshiki was able to manipulate all elemental transformations through his Rinnegan. He could perform Fire Manipulation, Wind Manipulation, Earth Manipulation, Water Manipulation, Electricity Manipulation, and Gravity Manipulation by absorbing elemental techniques. He was also able to create various nature creatures using these elements through manipulation and uses them in the battle to fight for him.

Chakra Absorption and Manipulation
Chakra Absorption is exactly as the words say. Momoshiki uses the power source of others that is Chakra and absorbs it to manipulate the energy for his own purposes. He uses Chakra Absorption and Manipulation to absorb and manipulate the energies of the targets to gain more strength, power, and improve his energy. Momoshiki used to do this a lot to attack and defend himself.

Other Abilities
Other than the above abilities, Momoshiki had few more abilities that he applied from time to time during combats. He was able to perform nature release like wood release and had regeneration capability. Momoshiki has superhuman physical powers like that of speed and striking strength. He knew about fūinjutsu, True Flight, Black Receivers, and Shadow Imitation Technique.
