Modernized Air Brake test.

This video explains the steps to take in performing an Air Brake test. It's vitally important to know that your service brakes and the park brake works. Also important is to ensure that the low air warning system works prior to driving the truck. On the CDL test this is the first vehicle inspection you'll perform and you must score a 100% accurate on this test. If you fail to do any part of this test and you don't go back to correct the mistake then it's an automatic fail. You can refer to section 11M in the CDL drivers handbook for a detailed explanation on all of the Inspections required to obtaining your CDL. Thank you for watching and best of luck!

Just fyi I failed my test today in Arizona by saying “at approximately 60 psi.” I was told it’s “at” 60 psi.
