Man i have a ryzen 7 5800X3D and its oc with the same gpu just 16gb ram and when I try to play at 1080p and get 120fps I can't for some reason at all even with DLSS on is that normal? Do you know a good setting on this game for my current setup to run 120fps stable like when I seem to get close my cpu usage goes up I only have a 1080p monitor and the way I found to do it is only high settings and even so when I go anywhere except for the tunnels for missions I get shit fps idk why like I get the same as u with DLSS at 1080p ultra its so annoying not sure if sth like my ram needs 32 or cpu but all I know is my cpu should be good enough like. I'm just gonna assume that the gpu isn't the best honestly and the game is more demanding than I thought lol
