U.S. Air Force: Born to Fly

There are those who were born to fly. We’re Air Force pilots, air battle managers, and weapon systems officers. Every day we put our lives on the line defending our air space and training the next generation of pilots. But we do so with the confidence that our preparation, our experience, and the bond we share makes the U.S. Air Force second to none in the world.

As a veteran and an American Airman myself I must say this is by far one of the best ads the Air Force has ever made. It's brutualy honest and speaks the truth.

My entire family (including extended) has been in the military extending over 200 years, so I plan to carry on the tradition by joining the USAF just like my dad, grandparents and uncles after high school

My plan is; go in enlisted, get my bachelors, become an officer, then get my wings. I’ve always dreamed of being in a cockpit and flying missions. One day I’ll get there 🙌

I can't wait to fly, I don't care what I fly drones, fighters, bombers, or heavies but flying for the U.S. Air force will be amazing

This was the DREAM OF DREAMS to me. For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to slip the surley bonds of Earth and dance the skies on laughter-silvered wings, emulating the fighter aces I’ve looked up to and flying the best fighter aircraft ever fielded.
Sadly, in spite of all the years spent learning about military aviation and physically/mentally preparing myself for the military life and going through MEPS several times, I was turned down on account of my Asperger’s and anxiety. This has been the bitterest pill I’ve ever had to swallow. Even so, I’ve chosen to continue with my life and focus on different career (research and writing, focusing on military and aviation history) while also taking steps to continue learning to fly privately (which I’ve started at 17). To all airmen everywhere, past, present & future, thank you for your service and inspiring me to aim high and reach for the highest of goals as I strive to spread my wings someday.

Cannot wait to maintain US air superiority in the best plane ever built. I was born to be in the cockpit of a F-22. And one day soon, I’ll prove why.

This video is harder than the army’s latest bs.

Remember the ground crew work their butts off to keep the aircraft flying, treat them with respect and dont be jerks.

I see my two sons here, I will be so proud of raised two well educated air force leaders in the rest of my life. Though my second son is still on the way. The first one only 2. 🤣 They are born to fly, and born for the United States 🇺🇸!

Man, this past year I've been so interested in the Air Force as a Junior in High School. When I'm old enough I will take a very long decision to decide if I should join. This was such an inspiring a awesome video, it makes me feel so much pride for our country.
