Let’s say you want to wire up some led lights using the rocker switch:
1. First cut off the existing plug end and feed the wires through one of the grommets (side, bottom, top).
2. Then bare the two ends of the wires.
3. If the device has a positive and negative wire, put a female spade fitting on the positive (red) wire and a ring connector on the negative (black) one. Otherwise, spade on one, ring on the other.
4. Connect the female spade fitting to the bare post coming from the rocker switch you want to use by pushing it on (the power is going in via the red wire on the other post)
5. Connect the ring connector to the negative bus bar by unscrewing one of the screws and attaching it.
6. Assuming you have a battery connected, that rocker switch should now be live.
7. Put a suitable sticker on the switch to identify which device it is powering.

Just got them installed. Bit of mucking around to make the harness work with it.
Just to summarise if anyone is struggling:
-Red and black terminal rings go to respective posts.
- pull the 3 female spade connectors out of the switch. Connect white to the back of one of the control box switches, each one has a spare male connector (just make sure its linked to the correctly rated fuse). Cap off the remaining blue and black wires.
- last cable is meant to link to the highbeam circut. Cap off black. Connect red to a earth terminal.
-last cable plugs into the lights themselves.

I'm no expert but this worked for me. Hope it helps ✌🏼

To all the people asking about the relay. The harness they sell has a wire on relay to go to your high beam. This needs to be replaced to go to earth.

Should be 4 wires from relay - 1 positive and negative, 1 high beam which gets swapped to earth, 1 for light and 1 for the switch

Idea is great but having problems installing spots light with plug and play harness and none of the questions previously asked by other viewers about the same was answered so could you pls explain better how to connect 4 inches led to the box with the harness and relay

I have looked at this video numerous times and I cannot get my 4inch Kings work lights to turn on. I am using a brand new kings wiring harness. Is there a diagram available or am I just making a simple error? All fuses are fine. What I find a little unclear is the red and black wires from the relay to the posts in the box. Have they been lengthened as in the video the relay is outside the box on the bench? Also, the switch wires on the harness. What happens with the blue and black wires? I even have it connected direct to a 12v battery and still no action. Could somebody assist me please?

Can somebody please tell me the size of splade terminals needed to connect to the switches? I bought some 6.3mm terminals but these were too small. Nice if it came with a wiring diagram.
