Mother 3 is a 2006 role-playing video game developed by Brownie Brown and HAL Laboratory and published by Nintendo for the Game Boy Advance. It is the third entry in the Mother series. Earthbound uses it the same way as in "Onett Night 2" which I always thought was creepy, but now I know it's just a telephone lmao. "Caverns of Winters" uses the sleigh bell sample, also extremely down pitched, to create that weird, creepy sound. You also hear it in music Winters uses. lol
