Good Evening Nigel, around the 10 minute mark you touch on the Meng cutters and the leather pouch. I too scoffed until I pulled the trigger and purchased the Meng sprue cutters. The cutters are nice and very sharp, and only have one sharp side, I also have both the Xuron & Zoukei-Mura sprue cutters. The Meng cutters are sharper and can reach into tight places, do not cut anything other then the sprue gates. I paid about $45 US dollars for them. You bet I protect the sprue cutters with that leather pouch. You can cut so close to the model, that there is minimal clean up. I was disappointed with the Zoukei-Mura sprue cutters. Just my opinion.

Good looking kit Nigel and thanks for the spruce review this is one I will definitely order and build. There is an aftermarket PE available from Martola hobby shop on line made by VoyagerModel PE35961 for €28.05 .

Great review as always Nigel thank you for sharing. You might want to check out the Tiger Model 1/35 BMPT Terminator 2 it is one of the best kits I've bought in the last 2-3 years.

The way the SA-11 was supposed to operate was in battalion units. There would be 6 of these TElARs, one command vehicle, 3 TELs and a Snow Drift acquisition radar.
