so im a little confused as to how this works. sorry I'm new to the whole VPN thing, Trilogy Media introduced me to yall so I bought there package!!! just to confirm, once it is set up can I browse safari, youtube, Netflix, and other streaming apps like normal and it is just constantly running in the background protecting me? or do I have to access them through your app?

Dear Surfshark team, I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I have received regarding my inability to use your VPN service in China. Despite providing evidence of connectivity issues, I have received little to no support from your team, and have been repeatedly told to "wait" for a resolution.

To make matters worse, your team has now denied my request for a refund, claiming that I have already received a refund in the last 6 months, which is simply not true. I have never received a refund from Surfshark.

I understand that there may be technical difficulties in providing VPN service in China, but as a paying customer, I expect more transparency and accountability from your company. I have been unable to use your service for the entire duration of my subscription, and I believe it is only fair that I receive a refund.

I urge Surfshark to take responsibility for this issue and provide me with a prompt resolution. I also hope that your team can work on improving your customer service and providing better support to customers in need.
