The only Disney princes I actually like are Shang (he aint a prince…) and Prince Charming because of Cinderella 3. He got personality in that movie.

If you were a Disney Prince. I'd want to be the one who you have to save even though you're straight.

But yeah, We need an East Asian Disney Prince in his own story with his own prince or princess. And I hope you Ian will be one of the many who helps them see this

I’d be cool with a an Asian Disney Prince so long as it was new one.

I’m glad I finally found people who think like me. What’s the point in casting different ethnicities as white characters. Why can’t people just make new characters and then put diversity. I don’t like when things are so bluntly just made that way just so they can claim they’re so diverse

That smile at the end :)
I loved it, made my rough day better.

Before anybody says anything, I’m not simping. It’s just been a tiring week and it’s nice to see somebody smiling.

I remember in that one Cinderella remake with Brandy they had an Asian prince.
I wish Disney would stop with the remakes and just make new stuff. I understand it’d be harder and take longer but with the amount of money Disney’s pulling they’re able to do it.

A acting show didn't pick me only bc I had one leg shorter than the other I was sad at the time but now I call it my lucky fin, like nemo
They said I was perfect but my leg ruined it

Recycling already existing characters Isn't the way to go, in either direction. There are so many interesting stories and historical people from different countries of Asia that easily could be made into a Disney movie tho.

Actually the first Asian Disney prince would’ve been alive Arabia was located inside of Asia so Jasmine was an Asian princess so technically the first Asian prince already happened

Disney is so great at the "we're being inclusive" when it does these things. They only include different races for diversity, completely ignoring it, marginalize the "diverse" characters, and overall end up doing less than the bare minimum to be able to say they're inclusive. It's not only different races and ethnicities, they do this with sexuality, body shape, physical and mental ability, Disney is crap at being diverse and even more crap at hiding it

Um Aladin is technically from middle east he's a prince and middle east is the part of Asia

We need to make more original movies inclusive of multiple ethnicities, not make people play roles based on their race, that's just contradicting itself lmao
