Funny story, 3 days ago I kinda had it, I genuinely felt some unresolved built up emotions I had from not accepting the circumstances I had with my SP. I did not accept the fact that my SP and I were not talking. So it was then I just did an emotional release and journaling. I just let everything out and I swear it felt like a huge ton of weight had lifted off my shoulders and then I stopped focusing on SP and continued working on me. Mind you, my SP and I were not talking for almost 2 months. I had been working on self concept affirmations.

Today, my SP messaged me. And you know, I was shocked, I realised that I acted differently, instead of having to reply fast I was patient and did all the things that were important to me before I replied them back. And you know, I have a submission due soon and while my SP and I were talking I noticed that I had other priorities and my SP wasn’t one of them. I genuinely created a message that would’ve allowed my SP to stop talking and it worked, I got marked as seen but the funny thing is, I was relieved and I didn’t care because I knew that my priorities being the submission was more important and I didn’t overthink why my SP didn’t reply me 😂. Also, I accepted that if my SP didn’t reply me, I would be okay too. It’s like I really didn’t give a damn. And it wasn’t after a few hours later I had an epiphany moment of, “holy shit did I just shift?” And your video confirmed everything! Thank you so much! ❤️✨

I i think i feel too but to me its a sensation of “resonating” when a moment or energy hits the right place and its like a “level up” and “release” all in a a second. Its like a rush of dopamine or serotonin

when i was walking to a friends house i said “i will find a stack of money” i didn’t believe it, didn’t know when i was going to get it.. i just stopped thinking about it. 3 hours later when i left her house i found $200 lol

i tried to do this before but everytime i said it i would always stare at the ground when going somewhere just incase i found some money.. but the problem w that is that i would always say what i wanted but always looked for it. and it did work.. once. i found $1 tho & that’s nothing.. lol

but when i was walking from my friends house we were actually running and my eyes INSTANTLY locked onto the road where the $200 was laying. i wasn’t even looking at the ground or anything or expecting to find anything that night.

that story of your friend cracked me up slightly, about him making weird noises randomly lol... but yeah that totally makes sense, thats a really good explanation, thats exactly how i feel right now, not that things dont trigger me now and again, certain things do but i just work on it by re-inforcing the new self concept and it fades, but i definetely naturally react differentely and i can totally relate to that feeling happy for people rather feeling lack and sad. i love self concept work, its the best work you can do in my opinion, instead of trying to manipulate or change others, you think about them differentely naturally when you change your self concept, it happens so naturally

It’s like you knew I needed this today. I was feeling like I really started to change but found myself still reacting the same way to certain circumstances, and although I’m being gentle with myself knowing it’s ok because it will change, there’s still a fear that I’m just gonna keep showing up this way and I want to be free from it now. I knew that forcing myself to react differently was not it, plus it doesn’t feel good to me to do that. It’s got to be a natural, automatic reaction and this video is a wonderful reminder of that.

100 per cent ! I have to say I have also responded differently to certain situations. Re a self care / worth type of response. I say my self concept affirmations daily, I have noticed a shift in 2-3 months.

Don't take my message in the wrong way, but why Caleb is not 1 million subscribers yet?! I mean his teaching are pure gold, he slaps your face to make sure you understood, he goes straight and raw without any sugar coat.

I got a question and maybe someone could help, is it good to feel my desire is fading away as I'm detaching form it?

I don't make those visualization-meditations at night before to sleep, no need to keep watching plenty of videos. Just discovered that my main blocking was time-fear, ended up making some affirmations for helping my mind to relax. Want everything for yesterday and I usually struggle to much to get the simplest thing in the world.

I guess focusing on my worthiness blockage is making my manifestation to speed up in some way as I'm letting happen without resistance.

Anyways, thanks for reading my message (for whomever took the time to do it)

This is me now !!! I see everyone with unconditional love . !!! Like no judgement . If something comes up it doesn’t affect me and I’m responding calm . Even people who talk about others I see with love . We are all one . This is how I feel genuinely.

I am finding that in my new workplace I am getting a lot of negative feedback. I am also on a performance improvement program. This has come up for me in the past and i am finding that it is coming up for me. I dont know how to fix it. Any ideas?
