Just got this DD15 and use manual mode when going thru downgrades. I know the engine can handle high rpm but don't like it revving that high. Popping it in manual and down shifting accordingly works smoother. When I'm on 80 76 in PA I just leave in manual all the way thru.

Completely dangerous on snow and ice. Engine revs like crazy on steep downgrades. Ran one for a year in northern Canada. Not safe.
