We can now read the email exchange between Jim Ryan and Phil Spencer where they both try to leverage the Activision deal to their benefit. Jim Ryan wants Bethesda games, and Phil Spencer wants exclusives. In addition, we hear from Satya Nadella on the stand along with Bobby Kotick. There's a lot to go over as redactions didn't happen that were supposed to so let's take a look at what we found out this time.

The third day of the FTC vs Microsoft trial has concluded and this time we discovered that Jim Ryan admitted during his deposition that some of the facts he's been telling regulators around the world seem to be fudged. In addition, we heard from some financial analysts about the case and there were testimonies that had some interesting tidbits about the Sony strategy vs. the Microsoft Strategy. The Microsoft Activision deal blocked is in effect as the Microsoft FTC trial continues. This is in Day 3 FTC vs Microsoft heats up as the FTC vs Microsoft hearing continues.
The second day of the FTC vs Microsoft trial concluded and we learned about Starfield PS5 exclusivity, Phil Spencer committed under oath that Call of Duty and Diablo would continue to come to PlayStation platforms.
