How to start cow’s milk to babies 3 to 6 months

It is advisable to give mother’s milk until 6 months

Then whose choice is cows milk?
- Mother who does not have sufficient milk
- Mother who has health issues
- Mother who cannot afford formula milk
- Mother who goes full time work

Which cows milk?
- Pasteurised milk (which is unboiled , heated and cooled)
- 6% full fat milk (if not available choose 4.5%)

How much for 3 to 6 month babies?

3 month -120 ml
4th month -160 ml
5th month -180 ml
6th month - 200 ml

I didn't got u bcz u didn't add any water for small baby whole fat milk which is not diluted can be a problematic for their digestive system i hv read somewhere if one gives cow milk to their child u should dilute it equal qunatity with water only if ur child is 1yr than u can give it whole fat milk as they become toddler from infant so please explained ur video clearly for the beginners bcz many mom gonna try this n there can be any mishappenning following ur method
