Pal Sir, jokes apart, there is a very serious question underneath this topic which has not been answered. Can U pls explain what is the exact point where fermented food goes bad. Bcz of U, V all know that fermented food is an excellent food. But V r not aware of that sweet spot where V need to stop the fermentation to reap maximum benefit. And also at what point the fermentation turns bad. For example, Moru turns bad at what point? Is Pulicha moru good? Similarly pazhya soru also becomes alcohol with too much fermentation. Can U make an exclusive video on fermentation?

More than for physical health reasons drinking alcohol can be addictive. I know many & not a few who enjoy/enjoyed their peg or pegs in moderation and lived healthy lives, both physically, mentally and familially, late into their 80s & 90s and didn't die because of alcohol related issues. Yet, the risk of addiction and resultant problems can be high.
