Just bought a diamondback release 1 bike is great solid already taken it to humming bird trail and snow summit in big bear bike holds up great

Dude you need to talk about the Fezzari Abajo Peak! For around $2, 500 you get all the good upgrades and a dropper post, and amazing components!

Sorry, I haven't taken the time to look at your video list, but what is your opinion of the Vitus Mythique models? Seems like a solid bike that is pretty well equipped, and at a good price of around 2K. I have not ridden the Vitus, nor any of the one's you recommend in this video. Very helpful though as I'm looking around the 2K price range.

I'm 6'3 300lbs. We have some pretty technical trails here full of roots and switchback climbs. I have a 20 yrs old Giant Rincon hardtail. It's held up well but it's old tech and 26 tires. It has a way too short wheel base and gets twitchy on roots. Any suggestion on which of these bikes you listed for my weight and height? And would you recommend 29 or 27 5 for root central. Tired of my tall short 26 making me feel like I'm over the front tire ready to superman over them on any random root no matter how far back I get.

in the devinci and all other bikes on this list. you should not say the rear shock has 165 mm of travel because that is wrong. the frame of the bike is what has 165 mm travel the length of the shock doesn’t determine the amount of rear travel.
