Just wanna give feedback on the video quality. I've seen that you've made a change regarding camera quality about to months ago, and this is great and high resolution, but I've noticed the issue of choppy frames. Your Cleansing 101 video, for example, was smooth in all of the product showcase and sink activity footage, all but the face washing angles. Came here to inspect, and all seemed alright until i reached the 2:43 mark where the hand washing footage is really choppy. Is this a stylistic choice rather than a footage extraction/upload error?

When I was 13 years old my mom said, you can cut your hair any length. I was so excited I always wanted a Bob. My hair was literally from the tip of my tailbone to the back of my knees. I didn't know that I had natural curly hair. I was the last appointment of the day, just got it chopped. And walked out. She said something about wow your curls but what? I didn't know hair at all My mother always handled my hair. I ate some ice cream on the way home fell asleep and went right to bed. I woke up the next morning and my hair was literally to the midline ear..

My grandmother and grandfather looked at me with shocked faces. I said what happened What did we do What did I do Oh my gosh. My grandfather took me back to the stylist. Of course they had no idea. I asked the stylus hairdresser what she did Did she put a special solution or what happened How did this happen? Basically I had a huge afro.

She brought up your curly hair? I looked so confused? Thank goodness the universe works in mysterious ways. She had a cancellation. She sat me in her chair for 2 hours. Washed and conditioned and she teached me how to use products and how to curl my hair. How to set a cast. How to curl it. I had friends that screamed at me that I got a perm. No I didn't. It's my curly hair.😅
That I never knew that I had. That stylist was so excited to have someone in her chair that she got to teach about their hair. She said I live for this. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity..

Now that I have gray hair coming in. It's a little scary. Especially because, my gray hairs are a different texture than my curly hair. I got a whole new set of hair to learn. Hoorays 😅

I love your trick about washing the part. My mama used to do that. She had very thin hair so washing her part was a regular thing. Quick way to freshen your hair and make it look nice.
