Contemporary Challenges Facing Educational Leadership 2020

In this session, we showcased the important work being undertaken by leaders around the world. We presented a range of perspectives on the different aspects of leadership and bring together ideas to propose ways leadership needs to be reimagined, and share possibilities for rethinking the work of educational leaders. It included short presentations by three speakers who then answered some key questions as a panel, all of which reflected upon the messages and themes and considered what the research means for the future directions of policy and practice in schools across Australia.
