15:00 I wish cop watchers would stop asking cops what the watcher believes to be true. The cops may say something different than what is expected. Instead of asking, “it isn’t illegal, is it?” just say, “as you know, it isn’t illegal”. Don’t even give them an opportunity to disagree.
