These cops are too egomaniacal and stupid to realize who they are protecting. None of them know more than one of the constitutional rights people have despite taking an oath to uphold those rights. It's not just them, it's most every single cop in America. The Academy teaches a lot of things, but it's only about them and never about the citizens. The reason is the people that pay them, you know us tax payers, are their only enemies. They don't protect anyone from anybody else unless it happens right under their nose and they have no other choice. The only people they care enough about protecting has to be wearing a uniform just like their own.
