Today I'm making chinese-style classic Chicken Ginger Spring Onion which is flavorful and aromatic dish that combines tender chicken slices with fresh ginger, spring onions, and a savory sauce. It's typically served over steamed white rice, allowing the flavors of the dish to complement the simplicity of the rice. 🍚 Let me know in the comment once you've tried this dish! ✨

Ingredient:
✏️400g - Chicken breast
✏️1 tbsp - Soy sauce
✏️1 tbsp - Oyster sauce
✏️1 tsp - Sesame oil
✏️½ tsp - White pepper
✏️1 ½ tbsp - Cornstarch
✏️40g - Ginger (thin sliced)
✏️ 3 springs - Spring onion
✏️4 cloves Garlic (smashed & minced)
✏️½ nos - Yellow onion (wedged)
(Saute)

Sauce:
✏️1 tbsp - Soy sauce
✏️1 tbsp - Oyster sauce
✏️3 ½ tbsp - Kambucha
✏️Pinch of white pepper
✏️Splash of water

Hai it's me from Indonesia but I work in hongkong as a maid . The first menu I preserve to my new employer is your delicious ginger chicken, you know what, they really like and enjoying the food so much. We loved this tonight! I didn't have unexpired oyster sauce & used hoisin sauce instead, also subbed the kombucha for mirin. Was still great over white rice. Subscribing for more inspiration!
