About This Log and Timber Home:
The "Log and Timber Home 2124AL" was designed from the very beginning with the idea to combine rustic log and custom timber elements. As we worked closely with the homeowner while designing this unique custom home, we quickly learned that they knew exactly what they wanted. Full log wall construction with squared timbers and stone for accents was desired for a truly rustic feel. Reclaimed wood flooring, reclaimed wood doors, and circle-sawn boards on the ceilings would bring even more ruggedness to their dream home. A wrap-around covered porch was a must, along with an open loft where they could have a home office. This home-chef also requested a gorgeously spacious kitchen with a lot of natural light, attached garage to have no steps between it and the home, and finally, an incredible stone wood-burning fireplace chase to accompany the in-floor heat. Many log home companies may consider these requests to be overwhelming, but we happily accepted the challenge to make our homeowner's dream a reality.

That is one of the most beautiful houses I have ever seen!! None of that modern plastic crap or cheap lumber! That was beautifully made inside and out! Nice solid logs and wood in the whole structure!! You guys certainly don’t fool around!!! I also love that you used real stone in the facades and real granite and not any of that fake foam and particle board junk!!! Awesome work!!!

Beautiful craftsmanship. I never had anyone ask me to build them cabinets and fit them to a log house.... But If they do, I now know how to cleanly attach them to the walls lol.

Quality and details that are almost impossible to beat. Congratulations Zach, this home is truly a gem. I have one question that many subscribers might have as well - can we expect in future some series on your base plans real world constructions? I understand that since this channel promotes your production it would naturally gravitate towards plans that are on a higher end of a price scale and are superb looking. However I believe that among 88k+ subscribers there would be a good 30% who are not currently in a market for premium packages and would be happy to see some ~90k-120k plans in action.
