This is the third and last episode in a new series following the construction of a small modern boutique apartment building in Kiambu Kenya. This building is a 3 story apartment building with 4 apartments in it: A small studio, a duplex 3 bedroom apartment, a single level 3 bedroom apartment, and finally a 4 bedroom penthouse apartment with a rooftop garden area. In this episode, I show the 1 year time-lapse of the entire building process!
