I really like listening to English Accents. I love this channel. My wife and I have travelled several times to the Yorkshire area and from Edinburgh Scotland through the Caringorms and the Highlands. The differences in the English are amazing. Watching these videos, I am struck by the many differences between various English dialects to my Southern American (Mississippi) accent. However, there are also many similarities (particularly the Yorkshire accent) where the pronunciation is almost identical. Awesome videos.

Good lesson. Another common grammar mistake that is frequently made is the use of 'their' in place of 'they're'. Another one is 'could of' in place of 'could have'. These common mistakes really get under my skin.

At the No.5, you mentioned about the positioning of punctuation. I couldn't understand this part. This part was difficult so that I couldn't understand what you wanted to teach me.

On the other hand, I could understand what you said at the another parts. Thank you, Anna.

Thank you Anna for your explanation. I hesitate often when I need to choose between this, that, these, those.
What I seem to know!
This and that are singular. Which one is right : I can go on this way or you can take that way?
These and those are plural. Those people are crazy to run in costume or these people are strange to run in costume?
Thanks again and carry on, you are good.

I'm Dutch, over here English is mandatory from an early age on until the time you finish your education, regardless of what specific education(level) you follow.
There's one thing that always annoys me: American English.
I always had to learn 'British English' basically RP and when later on in life I worked in international settings I encountered Americans who reckoned they should 'correct' my English.
My biggest gripe is 'I could care less'.
It's I couldn't care less.
Otherwise the expression does not make sense, but not a single American involved in that argument saw it that way.

Hi dear teacher,
What a great lesson! You make a long story short .
All those topic are essential especially punctuation that might also affect the meaning.
I 'd like to share this e.g :
A woman, without her man is nothing .
Or: A woman without her, man is nothing.

Can you make a video about phrasal verbs, for example, i don't know when to say break up, break-in, break out or just break. Why i have to say help me out and not just help me. What is the difference? Thanks a lot Anna!!
