I've really enjoyed your series on Ansible (as well as your Raspberry Pi ditto). It's great to learn from a knowledgeable person. Better yet, a knowledgeable person with a sense of humor who is not a typing superhero 😉.
I've just started using Ansible to manage my Raspberry Pi "data center" and I'd like to hear your suggestions on setting up a Pi using Ansible. Also, your opinion on what should go into roles and what should go into tasks that are included in one or more roles.

You mentioned being possible family of Geerlings. They also live more north in the Netherlands in the Enschede area. My freshman year mentor in Computer Science at University of Twente was a Jan Geerlings. He used to live in Hengelo.

I have one query on the version I have that "Region field is missing in ansible AWX version 19.5.0"
The "instance filter" is replaced with "host filter".
Please suggest how can I bring the Region field or any workaround.

I wonder if there are any pros/cons of using inventory files in YAML versus psuedo-ini format. I was thinking of using YAML just be consistent (not that I love YAML) but would love some wisdom which I can not provide to myself.

1. Was the value of boto_profile your root aws account's username or just an regular IAM user?
2. How can i set up key file in my aws_ec2.yml file not to receive Permission denied errors.
