Great video as always. The point on where money comes from (and its not the Fed), the way people have been wired, it would help if there was a description of how the TGA balance is uncreased in the first place in order for the govt to then draw it down when it spends. The average person believes that when the treasury issues securities it is funded because the private sector swaps bank deposits for the treasuries. It would help to have a description of how the Treasury can increase its TGA balance without taxes and selling treasuries
