When you are top down and in many angles, it is impossible to know. Are you using planks? Top slabs? Upside down stairs? It would also be helpful to start with dimensions so people know how to place it in their world. Showing markers for how many blocks to add in longer pieces is extremely helpful, not only at the beginning, but it helps to keep on track and realize if you have made an error before you get really far toward the end.

That said, I have become a big fan of your builds and designs. I love to see the tutorials, and hope you continue to put them out, because I think you are very talented

Incredible build! Unfortunate about all the hate, certainly not a noob friendly tutorial, but then again, this is an incredibly detailed and difficult build, i'm here because i built 3 ships halfway and destroyed them because they all looked awful. Was this hard to follow? yes. Was this easier than winging it on my own? DEFINETLY! Props for TeamMinecraftBuild making the effort of creating a tutorial at all.

tbh you need to put more measurements in cuz it's hard to tell where you're placing blocks, also love the builds

I'm so very sorry to say this. Im an adult man and this tutorial has brought me to near tears with how difficult to follow it is. Maybe its my autism but I can't follow this without backing up every ten seconds because the camera angles are so wrong and the blocks arent being counted. I looked forward to building this but im left disappointed and nearly crying over a minecraft ship.

The best part about this "tutorial" is the magic blocks that just show up without any mention. Oh, and 1 can't forget to mention switching to shaders halfway through to completely change the color scheme

I want to build this but its impossible im a minute in and want to give up why am i having to guess half of the things you're doing or slowing down the video to see how many blocks you placed only to see it from a different angle and ive used the wrong block

Great construction, but impossible to reproduce too many times or you place blocks and you don't see anything (For noobs like me we need step by step otherwise it's not possible to reproduce). <3
