I filmed this relaxing ocean scene near Betty's Bay, South Africa. I love how the kelp looks alive in the swirling water... looks like the water is teaming with strange sea monsters flopping around :) Definitely the kind of place you could expect a mermaid to sit right?

The sounds of the waves and lapping water around the rocks was also perfect at this spot and should really help you to feel that you are right there with me.

Watching relaxing nature videos is a great way to unwind after a stressful day. i fined a big fat joint is just as relaxing and you dont have to wait for tide to come in in cold weather :)
