I always go to Walmart for drugstore makeup over anywhere bc they're always $5 cheaper. If they carry it, I'm getting it there. I found a RT brush set I wanted at Target for $20, strolled over to Wally & got it for $15. I know many don't have them nearby, but living in the country it doesn't bother me driving 25-30mins to shop. We're 25mins from the "city". Our tiny town has a grocery store, a dollar store & a few mom/pop restaurants😂. But hey the dollar store carries some nice brands too!
