The experts can tell you why, but they can't help you do a damn thing about it, and in the end I strongly suspect that they really cant even tell you why. You are on your own. About the best help I seen is in these comments were others share there experiences. I'm 73 and have had sleep problems all my life. I've tried everything and with verying degrees of success. I'm no Doctor, nor am I any kind of medical personal. Just a sufferer like you.. we all have tried different things to deal with this, and I would like to hear yours whether it worked for you or not. I would like to share my attempts whether they worked for me or not. Some where in all this maybe we can help our selves.
