Easiest SAMOSA & Springroll Wraps at home/ Step by step /2 Ways

Today, we are learning how to make & wrap Samosa from the scratchin the Easiest way as possible.

Ingredients
____________________________
100 gr minced beef
2 medium Irish potatoes
2 medium carrots(grated)
2 handfuls of green peas
1 long stalk of spring onion
1 handful minced onion
1/2 Tspn Ginger/garlic powder
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1-2 cooking spoonfuls of vegetable oil
Scotch Bonnet pepper
1 Medium size Green Pepper (Chopped)
Salt (to taste)
Vegetable oil for deep-frying the Samosa

For the paste

1 Tbspn Flour
1/2 tbspn Water

Good morning, I saw your post sometime last week and thought to give it a try. Prior to this I had not been really successful at my samosa sheets. They were too dense or they'd just fall apart. So I tried your recipe last night and wow... The first one... The sheet came in thin, light altogether. I just had to try frying, at 10pm last night. The verdict came in from my brother... I think you have got it right this time. It's light, crunchy and tasty. Thank you so so much.
