1/2 cup, Flour 1/2 cup masa, tbsp brown sugar tsp garlic onion chilli paprika salt pepper. Whisk, add water til runny. Panko in other bowl. Chop cauliflower and dry. Dip in sauce and roll in panko. Fry in airfryer.

Those look delicious! This is coming from someone who used to make cauliflower wings at a restaurant with an industrial grade deep fryer too.

I am guessing the panko may be part of the genius, I look forward to trying this variation!
