Thank you very much. I just started about 10 days ago. I know you said, I’d get better results if I did it for 100 days. Right now, I am feeling a nice stretch and my back doesn’t hurt until I overdo. I can see you have a passion. So I am going to stick with you. Tried several already. Thank you

Did module 1 and 2 this morning and noticed that my breathing changed. Before it was more of trying to breath right but this morning it was the movements and breathing were in sync. The breathing was the waist moving and the arms extending. The stepping out and moving back was the breath. Hard to describe but it seemed different and without any effort to make it so.

Thanks for your videos. I have just recently started learning of Taoism though with OCD I have been practicing mindfulness for a while. This is a new path on my journey.

Be well.

Hi. I am 40, I have some joint problems and this became the only physical practise which I can do regularly and with love in my whole life. You made it easy and possible with 5 - 10 min videos. I sad to my self " come on just 5 - 10 min, you can do". I am thankful. And as well as my joints, my mind is thankful...

I am so glad we saw this . To me, it is all in breathing, because by inhaling in various positions, you aerate different parts of your lungs . For example, when pushing the water on the left, your right lung gets more air of course, you know that . Thank you for discovering you .

Greetings good Sifu. There can be no Asian martial arts with no breath. Karate punch out breathe out, pull first back breathe in. Aikido, tori come to attack breath in thier chi/oh, blend breathing redirection, then breath out and subdue opponent gentley. You are very great I've never met such as astute teacher. My Kendo back is finally gone. Also happy Chinese New Year 25th year of metal rat!!! :)

I just completed week 3! I’m noticing that I’m finally getting my movements and breathing to slow down a little. I’m so used to always being tense from back pain that I actually struggle to relax.
