At the end, she's not lying to him - she sounds like she fully believes and needs to be believed in that she is a real person despite being a robot, but she knows that a human cannot wrap his mind around both being true. She knows she is a robot, and cannot claim otherwise, but she desperately tries to convince him once again. Her faltering and defeated voice betrays all of this, with the resignation that he will not believe her, just like all the humans she's spoken with before.

I like how, it's kind of left to interpretation if she actually thinks she is a Real person or she's trying too hard to be a normal person but her code won't allow her to say she isn't a robot, although the way she said "I am a real person"was a little unnerving and the flickering images don't help her case, creepy horror at it's finest.

There is so many story possibilities with these ideas alone, please make more! I really like this
