More than likely there was a real human running a soundboard with limited options. Agencies with employees in non anglophone countries do that to hide accents.

The second "I am a real person" sounds out of a Phillip K. Dick story, it has a defeated sadness in its tone. Like a replicant finding it's not human, but not fully accepting it.

Long story short without having to watch this whole video. It's a guy that gets put in contact with a telemarketer that just sounds odd. The woman never tells him she's not a robot, even when he asks them to say they're not a robot. It's pretty weird that an automated telemarketer sounds more convincing than the stuff we have nowadays.

At the 1:26 Mark, that video is from the musical "Ride the Cyclone" the character shown on the screen (Jane Doe in the musical) has nothing to do with the uncanny valley. I think it's a little bit dumb someone used a creepy recording without context to make some TikTok.

I used to work in a pseudo BPO company in the philippines. They mostly used voice clips to scam old people for insurance. These are some of the voice clips included
