This was my favorite pizza even after a trip to Italy. It's not only textbook Neapolitan, it's the gold standard. But that's my prefered type and it's rare in the US. What was funny is we hit all the "best" pizza places in Miami. And found this one by accident. And it really was the best. I wanted to suggest it but searched the vids to see if it was already done. This is an amazingly thorough channel.
