Part 7 - Relay Pumping Drill - Delaware, Ohio - April 2015

We join the relay pumping drill as another pumper is added into the relay at a point where a traditional LDH manifold appliance was left. The manifold worked fine as a control valve but proved troublesome when it came time to add the pumper in. The only way to add the pumper was to shut down the water flow in the hose line.
