order 66 specifies that only the chancellor could give such an order. Boba should have found this and the Jedi would not have approached the chancellor

I like the idea that Boba figured at first Dooku was responsible for Jango's death and slowly realized Dooku was playing the long game, the real reason Jango died is because of Palpatine, but knowing that Palpatine is the top of the Republic he'd need to wait for the opportune moment, force nullifying handcuffs would most likely also mean Palpatine wouldn't sense the incoming sniper shot, a stroke of luck for Boba, but the one he needed, very well done, it's nice to see the Fett Family get some justice now and then.

What if Dooku survived and ended up leading the Rebellion against the Empire?
Dooku wanted a prosperous and free Galaxy, yet the Empire was brutal. He'd probably feel guilty for being duped and for his role in the fall of the Republic.

Excellent!! This way Anakin and Padme have a family, Bobba Fett gets his chance, the Jedi and the Republic are reformed, and Dooku does what is honorable.

Dooku is not an evil character. Misguided? Sure. Kind of a jerk? Yeah, a bit. But not evil. His intentions were always for the good of the people. I like that this story highlights that.

I remember a comment he or she made it said what if mace windu survived, but was found carbonize and then sold to Jabba the Hutt years later founded by luke skywalker when trying to find Han Solo.

Feel better. Nice to have a story about other people in Star Wars other than the main characters. Count Dooku’s motives were always about the people all the people even though his methods were sometimes brutal. I’m glad Boba killed Palpatine because that could’ve been messy with him still alive. This crosses all the t’s and dots all the i’s very well written.

I felt like this was Dooku's endgame plan (turning on Sidious and wanting to create a peaceful republic) in the prequel movies

This story encapsulates everything, I love about the prequels
Every character has so much love put into them here, people like Dooku and Windu genuinely care and I got that same feeling from the trilogy.
Honestly, this story does them so much more justice, than just the empire ending in the OT and I'm really glad you made it. Also I love the little things about your writing, that help visualise what's happening.

I like how Boba discovered order 66 but thought it was Dooku’s plan when it was Palpatine’s. He was so close yet missing one piece.

What if anakin was piloting before attack of the clones and sensed ventress fall to the darkside as her master died and took his ship to the planet to investigate. Perhaps starting a romance as they are very similar in their stories.
Also what if ahsoka taught ben skywalker as she saw him as history repeating itself.
What if anakin was a jedi watchmen or wayfinder.
What if anakin went with kenobi to face maul and savage instead of adi gallia.
What if anakin fell in love with luminara or your own version of aayla secura romance.

What if oppo rancis trained anakin.
What if anakin met and fell in love with ventress just before the clone wars just after her masters death.
What if anakin became a jedi sentinel like a watchmen or one of those who find younglings.
What if evan piel became a mentor or second master to anakin.
Or anakin became a healer either before or after his mother death could be related to his friendship with offee or alternatively what if he was trained by tra sa who taught windu and actually did not forbid attachment as shown by her relationship with tholme, they could become like a pseudo parents to anakin and train him away from the temple in azati martial arts and from trasa the living force as she is a plant lady so imagine anakin controlling plant life.
