Love the break where the phased guitar kicks in. It goes straight from country rock to space rock and then back to country rock again. Like a UFO that hovers over a countryside for a few seconds and then shoots off into the Cosmos again.

a lot has changed in 50 years. especially with the planet, a lot more open road and wilderness 50 years ago. a lot more social mobility too, your dollar went a lot further, i remember graduating from high school and driving with a buddy up to alaska from the midwest. no computers, no cell phones, 4 channels on the t.v., who would all sign off at midnight or earlier. people back then relished the idea of not being in contact with anyone or anything, now they track your every move, the computer, the car, your phone. a lot has changed, and not all of it for the better.
