Stacks of tires blocking sidewalks in the Bronx

People in Bedford Park said a tire shop has been leaving stacks of tires out on the street and blocking some sidewalks for months. CBS2's Shosh Bedrosian reports.

Old dude complain about some tires, but restaurants using the sidewalk for business, or the streets as extra footage of their business rent free are ok. Those dont bother him....

Stop opening up pot holes in local areas. Exactly why I hate some of these flat fixes.

That's a hazardous situation. I've seen a tire recycling center which was set on fire by an arsonist and it's just about impossible to extinguish. They had to let them burn out while causing toxic fumes.

3 strikes, the city should have removed them and then charged the business for labor and disposal of hazardous waste.

Lol they put more effort and pressure on a tire shop trying to make a living than they do on drugs, crime and delinquency we are heading into a dark path in nyc

Those used tire places get a lot of business. We have one in the area and it's always busy.
