One technique that almost got me out of body was the swing technique. I imagined trying to swing as high as possible. Then, at the moment you feel you can swing backward over the top bar, you exit right then. I got to the strong vibration stage, flew through a star tunnel, floated in space, then went back into my body because I was too excited by the achievement lol.

I am not convinced that a spirit leaves the body, but I definitely am interested in trying it to study the medicinal value of it. I have tried astral projection, and even though I got close to the full experience, it never happened. I do ponder if it might be bennificial for medical reasons.

Based on my personal experiences, when you realize religion is a form of brainwashing and that religious groups are inherently greedy theives, you'll be better off. Although I gave up Catholicism over 25 years ago, I retained a lot of beliefs until about 14 years ago, when I discovered the truth through astral projection and my nightmares and fear of monsters under my bed (so to speak) completely vanished.
