How to Have A Spiritual Awakening: 'Neti Neti'

One of the earliest mentions of "Neti Neti" can be found in the Chandogya Upanishad, which is one of the oldest and most important Upanishads. In the Chandogya Upanishad (Chapter 6, Section 1, Verse 9), the phrase is used to describe the nature of reality

"Neti Neti, not this, not this; for it is imperceptible, for it is indistinguishable, for it is ungraspable, for it is undefinable, for it is unthinkable, for it is unspeakable."

In this context, "Neti Neti" is a meditation negation technique used to describe what reality is not, as true reality is considered beyond all conceptualizations and descriptions.

The world is the seen, I am the seer. I see the world through my eyes, eyes the seen, I am the seer. I see the eyes with the mind. Mind the seen, I am the seer. The seen is many, the seer is one. All that is seen appear and dissappear. The seer constant and unchanging. Since all appear within the seer, am I the seer differnt from the seen, for without the seer theres nothing to see. Therefore I the seer shining appear as multiplicity.
But mind stil rises, taken to be I. So, I this mind bows down to the seer within you and the seer within me.

Through this Neti Neti (नेति नेति), while enquiry who am I, i have reached that point where this "I" Was not there, No observer "just observing" through this body and all other bodies and even through non living beings, everywhere i have seen this SELF.. After this it took me 3 days to come back in this bodily self (Ahamkaar) now i am acting through this body knowing i am not the DOER.
