I can't believe Spirit/ Phantom Zelda from Spirit Tracks couldn't make the list.

Navi was gamechanging as far as helping with the transition to 3d, basically setting the trend for camera control.

So yeah I know you are talking about the games. But I want to mention some things for Navi, such as for the Manga of Ocarina of Time. When she first arrives to Link to warn him of the evil, Link is suddenly overwhelmed with joy that a Fairy approaches him as such he would fit in with the other Kokiri. At the end Navi leaves Link and on the story of Majora’s Mask manga he mentions on searching for Navi being is one close companion through his journey.

You should do a Zelda OST list. The Great Sea theme from Wind Waker and the overworld theme from Spirit Tracks being my personal favorites but there's so many great tracks to choose from.

Also, amen to Midna and Ezlo getting some love as well.
