How come it didn't get time in a bird cage?

It's just a revolving bird cage if they release the carrier pigeon. They need to make him an example! The bird probably got off with probation.

Pigeon update: Pigeon is not a snitch. Served 24 months in the cage and is currently out on parole with 6 months left of house arrest and with 3 feathers clipped from his left wing. Keep your head up, soon you’ll be free like a bird!
