I'm surprised no Philippines on the list . I know a lot of business who hire in the Philippines remotely salary cheap they all speak English. They work hard so many young professionals there

If you want to hire a full time employee in south africa - be very aware that as of 22 December 2023 there is new legislation requiring foreign employers to form a company in south africa, and withhold monthly employee income taxes. Those taxes would then need to be remitted to the tax agency (SARS) on a monthly basis. See -> `Following the 2023 National Budget on 21 February 2023, draft legislation was published on 28 July 2023 where it was proposed by National Treasury (NT) that all foreign employers would be required to register for Employees Tax (PAYE) and make the necessary payments to the South African Revenue Service (SARS) in respect of remuneration paid to any employees located in South Africa (SA).`
