Thank you so much for sharing this video. it's really a great help to me.
I have a query - suppose 3.03 (3 years & 3 months) in one cell and 3.11 (3 years & 11 months) in another cell. now if we add both cells then it will come to 3.03 + 3.11 = 6.14. But how may I calculate it as year and month as 7.2 which means 7 Years & 2 months?
I'm looking forward to hearing back from you.

I think this function is useful for users that are not aware that Excel can do date calculations on valid days. I am not sure why use this function if we can use regular date calculations.

Hello Syed,

This is helpful, but I need an understanding on why it's it calculating the months appropriately?

I wanted to know the calculation for let's say, 3.3 which is 3 years & 3 Months.

Would you help me with that?

When I downloaded the excel file and opened it, there's an error in the cells where the tenure should've been calculated ... any insight on that? Error message is "#NAME?"
