This video will review PRP injection for gluteal tendinopathy and hip bursitis. Pain in the outside of the hip is incredibly common and can be difficult to treat. Imaging studies show that most people have a condition called gluteal tendinopathy rather than hip bursitis. And gluteal tendinopathy is an overloading and overuse condition involving the muscle and tendons at the outside of the hip.
