Find your remote with Sky Q - Sky Help

Lost your Sky Q remote? Don’t panic. Our Sky Q touch remote and Sky Q remote with voice control have a handy Find My Remote feature that’ll help you find it in seconds.

Follow along with our step-by-step guide as we show you which button to press on the front panel of your Sky Q box. After a few seconds, your Sky Q remote will beep for 30 seconds. Just follow the sound to find your remote and you’ll be back to enjoying your favourite Sky shows in no time.

For the feature to work, you’ll need a Sky Q touch remote or Sky Q remote with voice control, the batteries in your remote must be working, and the remote must be paired with your Sky Q main box (Find My Remote doesn't work with a Sky Q Mini box).
